wow. So... where's the wire?

It's like free fall, but your feet are on the ground. I'm curious as to whether you actually held that, because it seems to me that this instant, masterfully captured on film, would be followed almost immediately by my head hitting the ground were I to attempt it.

It is a dance move where you roll over your toes until you are on your knees. I can hold that pose though, yes, for a few moments.
